Breads: Crafted with premium King Arthur Bread Flour at 12.7% protein—a full point higher than national brands—our sourdough achieves exceptional rise and structure. The elevated protein content strengthens gluten development, resulting in lofty, open crumb and superior texture in every loaf.

Other Bakes: Crafted with King Arthur All Purpose Flour at 11.7 protein, this flour is unbleached and unbromated. This flour is milled to be versatile: strong enough for bread and gentle enough for tender, delicate scones and cakes.
